We created the architectural visualizations for Avery Point early in the design process, helping communicate the plans for this senior living community and giving prospective residents a sense of the spaces before construction began.
Our work focused on the relationship between the buildings and the surrounding landscape, as well as the connections between residences and shared amenities. Natural light and camera placement helped convey the scale of the development and the character of individual spaces. In the interiors, we paid particular attention to materials and the transitions to patios and balconies.
We wanted the images to make the design easy to understand and help people picture everyday life there, whether that meant catching up with a neighbor or enjoying the view from their balcony.
Today, Avery Point is complete and occupied. Looking back at the early visualizations, we can see how the design took shape in the spaces residents now use every day.
